Kfc - Columbus

The staff recommended 5 pieces of dark meat over 3 pieces, claiming it was a better deal. I waited for five minutes for my order, only to receive old, cold food. I didn't visit this restaurant for a while, and today I remembered why.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly. The employees are attentive and provide excellent service. Despite there only being three employees, they efficiently take care of the entire business. The dining experience here was truly enjoyable.

The chicken sandwiches were cold and not freshly roasted. They were not hot either. The store was not busy, so they could have been made fresh. I was disappointed that they didn't even say thank you. I will not be returning.

This is the first time I've ever had KFC ? chicken and it has been actually good! Unless I was just hungry. Smile! It was crispy like I liked and asked for. I just hate that the $5.00 fill up price has increased but I will be visiting again.

The cashier was rude and I was missing half my order. I didn’t come back to fix my order because of the nasty attitude of the lady working the drive Thur today
