Hong Kong House - Columbus

Absolutely delicious! We ordered General Tso's chicken with steamed rice, spicy Orange Chicken with Lo Mein, crab cream cheese wontons, and scallion pancakes. Every single item was fantastic! We had takeout, and it was still warm when we got home. The portions are huge! We will definitely be back!

The best Sichuan food in Columbus! This spring, the former head chef from Fortune joined the team after Hong Kong Buffet transformed into Hong Kong House. The authentic Sichuan dishes are even more impressive than what he used to make at Fortune. Unfortunately, the menu is only available in Chinese. I've visited several times and have taken the initiative to translate the menu (with the help of family friends) for those of us familiar with Chinese cuisine but who don't read the language. I'll share the translation once I confirm it with the restaurant.

Reinstate the Hong Kong Buffet! The Hong Kong House has been a major letdown in multiple ways. The food quality is subpar, which is surprising given that their buffet was always reliable. The service feels unprofessional and frustratingly incompetent. Though the decor is new, the atmosphere is nothing special. Overall, the management should seriously consider bringing back the buffet, as dining at the Hong Kong House isn't worth the time or money.

You have got to be kidding me. All these one review folks telling you the food was bad as was the service.<br/ <br/ Yep it is a buffet, keep my glass full and I am good. Lunch time is the best.....No need to eat dinner, they offer a grill as well....pick your ingredients and take them to get cooked....a nice addition to a standard buffet.<br/ <br/ I eat here at least monthly.....

As far as Chinese buffets go this is the only place I've been to more than once. No the food is not as good as I'm used to in San Francisco, but it is pretty good. Variety is great (salt pepper crab is awesome) As for some of the comments I have seen about the wait staff not speaking English.... GET OVER IT! Personally i
