Donatos Pizza - Columbus

Ordered online and pizza and cheese bread were completely raw in the middle. the cheese layer peeled back and only seen raw. ewww! also cookies on the order have been missed and never received.

I ordered a chicken mariachi pizza with ranch packets and marinara on the side. However, the driver showed up without the ranch or marinara, and the pizza was missing a large portion of its crust. I tried calling the restaurant for assistance, but no one answered, and I waited several minutes without a response. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place. It used to be fantastic, but in the past few months, the quality has dropped significantly. I understand that they might be busy, but that's no excuse for the repeated mistakes.

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. The staff seemed to overlook me while they were moving around inside, leaving me waiting at the drive-thru window for about five minutes. Additionally, the credit card machine was malfunctioning, and they had to manually enter my payment, which felt a bit suspicious. On a positive note, the food was quite good and served hot, with plenty of seasoning included. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Evry time when I come here, they'll get a job waiting for a long time and just wait them so crazy to pick up order there. once when I was there, some of the employees played together the pushes in restaurants and they don't even care about the delivery so crazy here really

I usually give Donations a five-star rating, but the Grant Ave location has really declined over the past few months. They won’t deliver cash orders, claiming they don't have any drivers. They consistently mess up my pizza and sub orders, and I often don’t receive the soda I order and pay for. Today was the last straw. I ordered meatballs — specifically, meatballs with sauce, cheese, and a sprinkle of zesty toppings. Instead, I received just meatballs and cheese. That’s it. I’ll attach a photo for reference. The food is good when you actually receive what you ordered, but even when I try to call, I only reach a live person about a quarter of the time, even after waiting 25 to 30 minutes.
