Dairy Queen (treat) - Columbus

I love this milk tea shop! I visit frequently because the staff is wonderful and friendly. Today, while sitting outside, my drink ran out. Since the shop was closed and it was partly my fault for not saying anything, I didn't expect anything. However, a young woman working there noticed through the window and offered to replace my drink without me even having to ask. Such great service!

I tried to use a gift card at this restaurant and the cashier claimed it was cracked and couldn't be used. I explained that it was fine when I handed it over, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was then expected to pay for my meal without any further assistance. There was a long line behind me, so I didn't want to cause a scene. I asked how I could use the $10 on the card, but the cashier was unhelpful and told me to load another one. Feeling insulted and frustrated, I contacted Dairy Queen headquarters in Canada and incurred $19 in international call fees.

I never knew that a hot dog could be so basic in a child's meal. No ketchup, no mustard, no relish. Who does that? I was shocked.

Delicious every time. The service is excellent, prompt, and super friendly.

I was thrilled to discover this Dairy Queen and I had a delicious Peanut Buster Parfait there.
