Bob Evans - Columbus

My brother, cousin, and I had lunch at your restaurant this afternoon, and I just wanted to say that the food was outstanding. Our server, Ron, was fantastic—he made sure we had everything we needed and even helped me carry out my leftovers. It was truly a blessing. Once again, the food was really, really good. We’ll definitely be back!

I hadn't visited this location in a while—or any Bob Evans for that matter—and was disappointed to find that the pot roast breakfast skillet was no longer on the menu, which was what I really wanted. I politely decided to leave, but my server informed the manager about my situation. He actually came out to catch me before I got in my car and offered to make a special one just for me. The atmosphere of this restaurant is the typical modern corporate Bob Evans, which I don't prefer compared to the original country stores, but that shouldn't reflect poorly on this location. Overall, the staff, management, and food here are all significantly better than during my last visit in 2016.

We had a disappointing experience with the service at the restaurant. Our waitress seemed free, yet she didn't bring us our order in a timely manner. For instance, the coleslaw arrived after our main meal. Unfortunately, this affected the tip we left.

Was slow service wise on a Saturday morning. Definitely was full of football fans so be saure to go early and bring your patience!

Everyone is fantastic and the staff is overall phenomenal. All of them are amazing, keep up the good work y'all.
