We were not able to try bbr as they would not honor our reservation thru open table. they said it was a CBJ game night so they did not take any reservations, also tho open table said it was available and confirmed the reservation. very frustrating and we just had to go to the arena eating.

This restaurant allows open table reservations to take and when they come there, do not honor the reservation and open laugh the host in their face. we called to talk to a manager about our experience and they don't even have the respect and the reason to discuss again. this place is just a bar and does not care to do the right thing. they will not get a dimm of our money again. I gave them all 1s because I couldn't give them a little deeper, but I can get the word out. go somewhere else where you can be respected. the tags of the customer are past for this device. they go somewhere else, what she and her patronage will appreciate.

There were hardly any people at the restaurant for the Bengals playoff game. They had wings and beer available.

This sports bar is a great place to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a drink. It is consistently good and nothing out of the ordinary.

After the wedding party, our experience at the restaurant started off a bit rocky. We were given a bench when we arrived, with no offer of a recommendation or any additional services to make us feel welcome. I had to speak to the BBR security first before anyone paid attention. However, after discussing our concerns with the staff, they were very accommodating. My sister and I had to inquire about receiving premium service, but once we did, the atmosphere became lively. The music was always on point and the DJ did a great job hyping up the crowd. Each bottle we purchased came with a light, making for a fun time. I even lost my phone, but after three days they found it and called me back. I was impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend BBR for after parties, as it was worth every penny in the end.
