I found the restaurant to be a bit small, but it didn't bother me. The staff was extremely helpful and the service was excellent. I tried the vegetarian broth with marinated tofu, and it was absolutely delicious - definitely the highlight of my meal. This review was last updated on April 7, 2022.

I just got suppe here, but they have a lot of food they can get with tofu instead of meat. for the pho they have several tofu options and a choice of veggie broth. man and I come here if we don't feel like cooking, we really love it!

I recently dined at 61-Pho and I was very impressed with the food. I particularly loved the sweet rolls and, most of all, the peanut sauce! It was great that they clearly labeled everything for us vegetarians. They also offer sandwiches with faux meat that looked delicious - I will definitely have to try them next time!

They offer vegan pho, with raw or marinated tofu. (Marinated is the way to go They will make their vegetarian bahn mi vegan if you request. They almost always have vegan mayo, and will tell you if they are out. They have always been friendly and helpful with our out of town guests and their special diets.
