Hardee’s - Columbia County

Very low staffed. Rotating single people into kitchen. One at window, one in kitchen and one ordering. And this was lunchtime. Good was great once the order was received.

Don’t bother coming at 5am when they open because they will probably be closed till 5:30. Has happened to me on the way to work multiple times

Rude when ordering didn't even ask for a complete order after stating it would be a 10 min wait prior to greeting. How would you expect someone to want to spend their money with you.

Food was good, but was asked to pull forward and after 10 minutes of waiting had to go ask for my food. Apparently they forgot I was out there waiting. No one apologized for the wait. The girl that took my order seemed to be distracted by other works. When I ordered and was asked to pull forward I was the only one in drive thru

Went through the drive through to get some quick breakfast for the family and was greeted with the rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. Was asked if and when I was going to order while trying to order the kids food while the employee was audibly huffing and puffing. Will NEVER come back. Nasty attitudes.
