Ziggi's Coffee - Colorado Springs

We go at least 4-5 times per week to get coffee before work and it?s always a positive experience. I love their signature caramel macchiato but I?m mostly writing this review for their basic drinks. I?ve had a hard time finding a coffee place close-ish to me that has a good latte without added flavors/syrups. I?m really happy I found this place would 1000% recommend ??

Love the Iced Carmel Macchiato! Very friendly staff and great coffee aroma! Will be visiting often! Update: Been visiting Ziggies 2 to 3 times a week and really love this place. Great staff!

The customer service was great! I would give 5 stars for that. The GF options was nice, however the 3 stars are for the coffee. It was mediocre at best. I got a cappuccino and it had nothing to do with a cappuccino. Coming from Europe it?s hard to find great coffee, but since the name is Ziggi?s?s coffee I?m rating them based on the quality of coffee?

Yesterday I came to Ziggi's with a few orders for coworkers. I hadn't gotten more than a mile down the street and the largest drink I had tipped over and spilled in my car. I drove back to Ziggi's, fully intending to purchase a new drink for my coworker, but they gave me a replacement drink for free. Customer service is excellent at this place. I handed them the spilled drink through the window and they handed me a fresh drink. I was very surprised, and very pleased with how kind they were.

Epitome of incompetence. I have been here over a dozen times, and some portion of my order is always incorrect. Every time I order an iced coffee I ask for full ice and am given a drink with a few melted slivers of ice. Also, they make substitutions without notification. For example, I ordered a Dragonfruit splash and it was made with strawberries. I went back to the drive thru to inquire and they said they were out of dragonfruit and substituted strawberry. Substitutions need to be made clear at time of order to respect potential allergies. This place is a poor excuse for a coffee shop. They?re toast when Dutch Bros opens on Woodmen/Marksheffel. I will NEVER recommend or spend another penny at this place.
