Texas T-bone - Colorado Springs

We had an amazing meal after we were left in another town tonight. Meal was absolutely perfect. We started with fried mushrooms that were large but perfectly cooked. The kids had big mini-sirloins, I had their time, and woman had the steak tips. Steak tips are almost always cooked, but here they came out perfectly. I loved her fried green beans that went perfectly with a few glasses of beer. To finish everything after a brief discussion about pets, the waiter offered us more steak bones to take our dogs home. We can't wait to go back.

My apologies for posting this so late! My family and I ate here after an outing up in Colorado Springs. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at first. Talk about judging a book by its cover! The food and service here were phenomenal! I can't remember our waiters name, but the service and attention we received was spectacular! The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the spicy green beans were really awesome! You also get to build your own salad from quite a large choice of items. What you get is a salad almost a meal in itself!! We got to chat with the manager as well for about 10 minutes. Both gentlemen really made us feel welcomed here. We are already planning on our next visit here! All the staff were very nice and friendly. This is definitely one of my choices for a great steak dinner in Colorado Springs!

My steak was cooked to the medium doneness I requested, but it was somewhat plain and a bit on the salty side without any real seasoning. The mixed vegetables were okay but lacked flavor and could have been more exciting. On the bright side, the sweet potato fries were hot and fresh, and the rolls were decent, especially with the honey butter. Everyone was generally satisfied, but my favorite part was the loaded baked potato—it was definitely a highlight. The salads are enormous, which is not an exaggeration! We initially considered dining at another place but ended up here because of a Groupon. Perhaps we'll have a better experience next time. While our server was capable of handling our concerns, the overall meal wasn’t my favorite.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Texas T-Bone. Our meals arrived promptly and were cooked to perfection. The four-star rating is mostly due to the cleanliness of the table, as it could have been tidier, and my menu had some stains on it. The server did forget a few things, but they quickly resolved the issues. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The prices were in line with what you would expect at a steakhouse, and they offer some impressive steak options. I’ve attached a photo of the final bill. We tipped our server generously, and in return, they gave us a $15 gift certificate. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Skip those crazy wait times and go here! Salad you build your own and it's amazing: steak's good,sides good. Service very friendly and fast. Decent price
