I've been waiting four hours for my boss last. they keep looking at us waiting for us to leave but we actually paid for all of our food. but they actually gave two free ones to two random girls. I'm mad. GIVE ME 100 REFUNDS. Also one of the workers made fun of my friends name. She cried. And now she needs therapy so we need therapy for that.
I door dash and these people have no work ethic 2 young ladies one male as far as I saw working. 5 minutes went by before anyone acknowledged I was there. Another 5 minutes went by with the two girls in the back talking and no order still. Had to unassign because time is money. The guy told me they were shorthanded but the 2 girls weren't even making orders and it was Not busy at the location.
I ordered and even on the reception says there are no tomato on taco or aftero bellgrande, but from any reason I have extra tomato? at least it was fresh.
Paid mobile order to go. looked through for 50 minutes, and then they go through to get in. they tell me that they can't get me my food, and if I want to, I have to get back through the drive. they can't refund my order either. tell me when I go back through the drivethru, it will take at least 20 minutes. So they stole an hour of my time and the money I paid for my order. a terrible service.
This review is more like 2.5 stars of 5ich may not leave negative reviews, but sometimes it is necessary to see especially for other customers and upper management/owners of this position. if they want to go to this place, they have the best chance to get their food through the drive thru. it will also be faster as the employees seem to prioritize drive-thru orders. the times when I visited this place (the latest today 08/08) there is no one at theke and the hired just tell them to order on the self-ordering kiosks. Mobile/App Orders also get no priority as I placed my order by the app and waited 10 minutes before the arrival to pick it up (this is to give them time to prepare it) but if went to check the status of my order, the coworker I spoke to say there was no order with my name in the system and wait a bit to see if it was up. to keep the things simple, I wait 25 minutes to be ready for my order of 4 things. When I just went out, they called my name. Unfortunately, they gave me only 2 out of my 4 articles, but I didn't bring it up or said something because it probably would have led me to spend more time there, so I just went. the quality of food also suffers, as everything seems to be prepared really quickly, with not much attention to quality. While I was there, I saw a few people going, including a dame that was there for some time before me, which told me she spent her lunchtime waiting and ended without eating (they ordered from the kiosks.) it was sad to see I offered her almost some of my order. I know that many companies now suffer due to the lack of employees and have limited staff, but if they plan to be open, they should refocus their resources on what they can handle. for example, maybe they start online / app ordering and maybe also close the counter sales instead of many unsatisfied / unhappy customers by trying to take orders anywhere.
