Taco Bell - Colorado Springs

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We specifically requested no tomatoes on our nachos and tacos, yet they were still included. The order arrived with cheese and meat scattered everywhere in the bag, and there was only one napkin included. The taco was broken and definitely not worth the $6 we paid for the nachos, which were poorly prepared. Given that it was the beginning of lunch and the restaurant wasn't busy, there really was no excuse for this.

In general, we often order the dinner box with 12 tacos when we need something quick. The kids absolutely love tacos! I mean, who doesn’t? Even though there are some who aren’t fans, we’ve never received the wrong order here. When we approach the drive-thru window, the staff is always friendly and one even complimented me on what I was wearing, which is always a nice touch! As for accessibility, they have parking available and ramps on the side for easy entry.

Normally this place is great! but today the girl was on the way through a terror! we pulled up and she was like what you want. not welcome to Taco bell or nothing at all, and we were like oh, okay, of course, it didn't say that. then we ordered a thing and she was like a cough that everything and my man and I were just finished. So we were as if you knew what it never meant to us to do with your imagination and we were gone. when I called, they didn't even answer. so no great experience and terrible customer service!

I arrived at the drive-thru line at 10:21 AM and ordered four burritos, two of which were from the dollar menu. We finally received our food at 11:14 AM after inquiring with the staff member at the window about the delay. Their attitude was quite unfriendly and dismissive. Additionally, the drive-thru area is surrounded by a rocky curb, making it almost impossible to exit the line once you're in it. This experience felt extremely unprofessional. I suggest that the restaurant consider closing the drive-thru when understaffed and focus on fulfilling DoorDash/Grubhub orders instead.

Lakaila was great food was great, I don't understand why there wouldn't be any potatoes or drive thru closed but that's not on the employees its on MANAGEMENT. I'M SORRY employees can't come to work and have everything they need to do their job. Very poor leadership, they should be grateful their employees don't call off. I'll still continue to visit, just hope MANAGEMENT gets their act together
