Subway - Colorado Springs

Check out this amazing 5-star employee! She made her own mask and even added the subway logo! Her name is Yharitle, and she provides excellent customer service along with a fantastic food experience.

The staff were under pressure and quite overwhelmed, but they still delivered excellent service. My sandwich was missing bacon, but since the person who made it was new, I won’t hold that against them. Overall, the service was fantastic and pretty quick. I’d give it a 10/10!

The new manager is a great improvement for this subway. She really seems to understand customer service and was very friendly at any point possible. Will often return to this subway, hungry for the fresh food it offers so excellent.

I haven't been visiting Subway much recently because they always seemed to take so long. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a salad and it was painless and fast. One of the sandwiches even had a twist (not one on the menu but the Sandwich Artist offered suggest ion to get it just right. Clean store with clean restroom (at least the Men's room was.
