It was swimming in marinera. The staff didn't even acknowledge my entrance into the store. I attempted multiple times to call the store to complain, the phone rang and rang. Then someone would pick it up, but immediately hung it back up.
Used to really like this location. They have went super down hill unfortunately. Todays sandwich is a joke. A while two pieces of onion, no vinegar or oil as ordered, one cucumber and the bread In unbelievably stale. Very disappointingParking: Parking is fine
I got the Subway foot long pass (50% off sandwiches) so I ate here half a dozen+ times over April. Every single time it was a bad experience.Staff was almost always clueless or rude. Late making online orders, or they’d just not make it until arrival and being asked about it.Twice they made a foot long flatbread sandwich by folding it lengthwise and rolling it up like a burrito.Almost every time I ordered at least one ingredient was missing/out-of-stock.Very poorly managed location with poorly trained staff. They didn’t wear nametags, so can’t identify them.Will not return and will not purchase another pass unless I plan to go to another location.
Ordered via app at 5:39pm stated will be ready at 5:55pm. Two customers in line at time of arrival at 5:50pm. Sole employee continued to service customers that arrived after I did. When asked about status and how to cancel the order at 6:05 he said he’s new and doesn’t know how to do that. Continued servicing customers in line instead of making my paid for subs for another 15 minutes and even remade a customers sub that got it after I ordered mine until I asked him to stop taking the new customers. Recommend management schedules more than one staff during dinner time, especially in addition to a new person, and train them on more than the basics before leaving them to manage the entire store. Out of all bread but white, floor was unswept, and soda machine had big named drinks “out of order.” Will stick to the store next to Safeway in the future.
Two younger girls were working when I went in. I bought two sandwiches, was told my total was $18, and then I paid using credit card. Once I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed my total charge was over $21.Upon further inspection, a tip was added to my total without my approval. There was no indication on the credit card reader or otherwise. Super shady business, stay away. I know I won't be going back. Enjoy your tip.
