Sprig - Colorado Springs

I thought the restaurant had a fantastic opening! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is clean and trendy. I really enjoyed my experience, but I do feel that the portions for the bowls and juices are a bit pricey. I understand that healthy eating can come at a cost, but these dishes don't seem worth $10 to me; maybe around $6.50 or $7 would be more reasonable. The tropical juice was $7, and I finished it in just two sips. While it was tasty, I believe the prices don't align with the portion sizes.

I tried the Golden Goddess, and it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. I also had a cookie and the Rowing Mermaid kombucha, which were great. I love that they have a kiosk for ordering when paying with a card. The inside is clean and bright!

This restaurant is great! We visited for their soft opening today, and I was really impressed with the taste and quality of the food. I had the grilled veggies bowl with chicken and avocado, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be adding this place to my regular lunch spots. I'm giving it 5 stars for now, but I may adjust that later based on the service. Today's experience was excellent; the staff was very attentive, but they were technically still in a soft opening. I’ll reserve final judgment until they’re fully settled in.

Great fresh selection and delicious food! The atmosphere is alive and even though it is small. Go back to breakfast!

Only the health conscious need apply. At 12 on a Tuesday I had to wait 10 minutes for a seat. The manager came out and personally showed me the automated order taking tablets. My wife had the southwest bowl with steamed eggs and thought it was outstanding. I forgot initially to order crackers to go with my signature coconut greens soup, so... Sorry but it just wasn't my cup of tea.. There were a few stringy bits still in it but otherwise smooth, and the taste was a bit like eating pureed grass. One of the servers brought out a sample of the cookie which was very nice. I'll probably go back again, but try something else. I noticed the place doesn't seem to accept tips... Which is nice for the customer but hopefully the servers are getting an appropriate raise.
