Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The service and food here is pretty good but very overrated because of the plain chicken and anti-consumer meal designs.Starting with the meals- you can't customize what you want, no ordering just chicken, no ordering a small side of something like in every other fast food joint, and they use coleslaw bread as fillers to compliment the boring tasting chicken. Those meals are pretty expensive too, so bringing the family is going to cost you a LOT!And what about their special sauce? It's good and goes with everything on the menu, BUT they have the nerve to charge you for extra cups of it! We're talking about those small plastic 2oz containers that hardly last even if you ration them.The food is way too expensive to be charging for extra sauce, plain and simple..But, I do need to point out that their service has been exceptional every time I've visited. I strongly recommend you stop being lazy and dine in for once because they serve your food fast and hot, never making any mistakes as far as I've observed. Also, the staff are generally friendly. Sometimes you have an awkward kid serving you, but they're never malicious (as far as I've observed .Oh! Sometimes they send out somebody to check on us guests where they'll ask if we need anything while we eat.I don't like that, leave me alone when im eating, haha.Overall, my biggest problem is with the stingy nature of the meal designs and charging for extra sauce. Otherwise, this is a well-run and clean place to eat. (Alone. because who can afford to feed more than three people here?

We love to eat here occasionally. My best advice is not to wait in the drive thru if there is a long line. Go inside. The line is usually shorter and you can get your food faster. I also love to eat everything dipped in the sauce. Enjoy!

My partner and I come to this Canes quite regularly, and it's one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always delicious, the service is really nice, and the location is always clean and cool!

It was super cool having the rude drive through guy ignore me and silently exchange money and food. I’ll learn to not ask how someone’s days going as I might get treated like a jerk. Then as I was telling him to have a better night he closed the window mid sentence. If a worker can’t do simple things like say hi or JUST SMILE I’d rather not do business there again. LAME.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Maybe it's just not for us. I spent $27 on two meals that came with tiny portions of chicken fingers, subpar French fries, and a cole slaw that was ridiculously small. The sweet tea was also watered down and lacked sweetness. Overall, it just wasn't worth the money. I used to own a bar and grill in Thornton, CO, and our chicken and fries were far superior. My son wanted to try this place, but neither of us was impressed. The food was mediocre at best, and I won’t be returning to Raising Cane's, even if it were free. It simply did not meet our expectations.
