Piglatin - Colorado Springs

Houston did a fantastic job taking our order and ensuring everything was timely, especially with the online ordering questions. The food we had at home, including the tacos and nachos, was incredible! The flavor of the pork on the nachos was outstanding, and the Mexican corn was phenomenal! From this visit to the state and whenever I come back, I will definitely stop by again!

I recently picked up dinner from her food truck at Old Farm Park, and it was fantastic! The food was both delicious and unique. I tried the pigeon plate, which was filled with pulled pork and island tacos, and I loved both dishes! The food was truly excellent. I can't wait to have them back in the neighborhood!

Fantastic food! We’ve been fans of the food truck for years, so we’re thrilled that a restaurant has finally opened. You truly earned it! The new menu is incredibly fresh, and even the classic dishes have been elevated with exciting flavors and spices. Our server, who had short hair and tattoos, was attentive, although there were moments when our water glasses were empty after our food arrived, and I was given a pitcher but no more ice cream. I wish we could have had one of the other servers in the dining room. Regardless, we’re giving you 5 stars because we adore this place! We'll definitely be back.

We had piglatin for our reception. It was a backyard BBQ and they just pulled their truck in our driveway. Our guests loved it! They served a smaller menu so that they could serve the 50 guests we had in time (about 30-40 minutes). People could just keep going. The food was amazing and it was just a fun experience. It was all professionally handled. I recommend it for every event. I'll get compliments later weeks. Thanks Piglatin!!
