With door lock ordered and picked up. we have there 5 minutes before the pick-up time and the food was cold. most of the orders were right, but one of the courts was not the right one. it was the worst experience in a Panda Express we've ever had

Be careful when they order the delivery. food ordered and a drink and the supplier does not show up with the drink. we called this panda express and they said that they don't offer refunds and everything we could do is pick it up or call ours. we explained we work in medicine and have no possibilities to leave our station, which is why we ordered the delivery. the employee on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to do anything or even talk to anyone else in the restaurant. we had to call doordash, who could not guarantee any refund. if the restaurant is not ready to work with us. I never command this restaurant again. eating is great, the hired was terrible.

I have been coming here for years on my lunch break at work. It never fails that you order online so it will be ready when you get there and it is NEVER ready at the time you set. If you need your food at 7, set it to be ready at 6:30 and MAYBE they'll have your food made. They also never, and I mean never, have the string bean chicken made. Ever. And if you order online hoping that will force them to make it so it'll be ready when you get there, they won't start making your order until you walk in the door, even if you're 20 minutes late. If you have the time, just go to the Academy location, I've never had these problems over there.
