*I would like to discuss this with my work in the service industry so that I know how much it can be* if I gave this place a zero. I've never been to a place where the workers were so bad at their jobs. I waited for 15 minutes to the theke (repeat me apologise) so that they not only help me but help an adult man who was only there for a minute. not only was this experience this morning sexist, but the service at this place is always terrible. my sister and I came once in the pass line at 11 o'clock we didn't get to the loudspeaker box until 11:55 o'clock, they waited five minutes while we were in the box (they didn't say anything) and told us they were closed. if they want a good experience, they should not come here. that is absolutely the worst place I've ever been.
For over 25 minutes in the car ride thru mine. it is now 7:47 pm. they don't understand why. if no one wants to work, they will check the guidance that is at this point. what is the general manager or owner do to manage this situation. every time I get through, it's terrible service. Edit: on the window that was working on her phone....so is why it was secured?....and also no ayyy serviettes.
I waited this morning for 30 minutes before I could even order, then I was in the loudspeaker and the dame took only orders from the right track and took 5 orders before they returned to the left track and switched the menu from the breakfast so I could not get even breakfast and then I had to wait 20 minutes on the window and still never got my food so I just left. terrible experience.
They like to lie and say they are closed when there not supposed to be... they break down the cafe station WAY before closing and just tell people it 's broken when in reality they are just lazy. I went through the drive thru and asked for a meal, I got charged everything separately which caused me to have to pay more. They also lock the lobby door before there supposed to be locked. And when my food took almost an hour they claimed they were waiting on fresh fries but when I got my food it was all cold and stale.
