M Cafe - Colorado Springs

So went up to Colorado Springs with my friends Jacob and Vanessa to visit a few friends, after about an hour, we got the munchies, so we decided we wanted to grab a bite, our 3 friends we visited recomended Pho N Thai, just around the block from where they live. So once there, looked at the menu, we each put in our order. When the food came to the table i can tell you i wasnt disapointed, everything was freshly cooked. My Crab cheese won tongs where so good, the crab and cheese was perfect portion of both mixed in, the Hot(spicey) Shrimp fried rice was so delicious, everybite was flavorful, and it was pretty much stove hot til my last bite, and my Thai tea was so good. I let my friends try it and they loved it, they also have a brand of soda fountain drink made with cane sugar! Mmm.. I did also get a small sea food soup. Now thats where its at for me, i got it it a lil spicey, because thats how i like it, and it was perfect. I didnt have to add nothing else to it. Im already itching to go back. We all got something different, and between the 6 of us we tried our foods and something different from the menu. We all enjoyed the flavor the food brought to our mouths. Defitinetly a spot for people to check out. But better not be in a rush. They understaffed 3 people working 1 takes order, 1 brings out food, and 1 cooks. But to us it was worth the waite!

Excellent restaurant. They work hard to make the dish as good as possible as soon as they can. The take out was prepared very well but I could have asked them to add the protein to the broth container. I think to get the best experience is to dine in. If ordering take out be patient it'll be worth it.

Unbelievable. We were waiting for our food, but when it arrived, it was simply amazing. The food was absolutely wonderful—everything we tasted was fantastic. The chefs clearly have a deep understanding of flavor, texture, and every aspect of the dishes. Each item we tried was incredible. Additionally, the plates were beautifully designed, which enhanced the presentation of the already exquisite food. I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10.

This place is amazing! I can’t wait to return to Colorado Springs just to enjoy the food at this restaurant. I’m not sure what her secret ingredient is, but I can see the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every dish. Everything is absolutely delicious—no additives needed!

Interesting place. You order and pay up front, so little to no table service (would be great for pickup). Appetizers were great! Pho was okay, the broth wasn't really my taste. The staff was friendly.
