Joey's Pizza - Colorado Springs

We were really hungry, so we decided to give it a shot anyway. Unfortunately, not only were the slices burnt, but everything—from the three different toppings to the ranch dressing—was so loaded with salt that it was almost inedible. I honestly haven't tasted anything that salty in ages. As passionate fans of New York pizza, we were excited to try this new place, especially since they have three locations, which made us think they had to be doing something right. Unfortunately, we couldn't have been more mistaken. I sincerely hope this was just a one-off occurrence and that it doesn't happen to anyone else, but we definitely won’t be coming back. As a side note, I can't explain why my boyfriend chose to eat the two most burnt slices out of the entire batch, but the pictures I’ve included show the least burnt pieces of the four.

The pizza here is great, but the service is inconsistent. I often find myself looking forward to having pizza for lunch, only to be disappointed for various reasons. For a time, they were quite reliable, but recently, things seem to have taken a turn, especially with all the new staff. I've also noticed that the individual slices have shrunk; they used to be substantial enough to rival any pizzeria in town. Despite these issues, the place remains very busy, so maybe I just happened to have an off day.

I've ordered pizza for pickup from this location several times. I enjoy the pizza, but I've consistently paid for basil on my pies and never received it. It's a $3 charge, and it adds up over time. It's disappointing.

We stop in to grab a bite to eat and the food was delicious!! Huge slices of pizza hence the name!! The wings were also delicious as well!! The pineapple voka was good too!! My babygirl loved this place. Will definitely be back!! The people that work there were super friendly and very helpful with helping picking out a pizza to take home!!

This place is hit or miss. It seems that they've become more generous with their toppings, however the 18 pizza we just picked up was quite burnt. Their garlic knots are fantastic when cooked properly, but again have arrived burnt in the past (they were wonderful this time).
