The zesty Garden turkey club (omg best sandwich ever) ordered after order, I noticed that I chose the pickup instead of delivery, unfortunately I cannot leave the work to pick up. I called to cancel, and managers repaired it for me to deliver and even to the delivery fee. Talk about making a customer super happy.. Now I just need this sandwich permanently on the menu.. Thank you.

The person who worked the drive-thru window today at 12:10 (I believe his name was Zachary) was fantastic! He had such great energy and positivity! Plus, my sandwich was delicious as well!

I ordered a combo through the app and I wasn't happy to find that my soda was already poured when I picked up my food. I prefer when other places give you an empty cup to fill up yourself. However, the sandwiches are always great, and the cookies and chips are delicious. Overall, I’d give it five extra stars!

Over the top on customer service excellence. I called in 30 mins before closing on a Friday nite omg 11/12/2021, my call was answered by the most nicest guy Christopher , my order was a bit off though as I wasn’t at my own home but was rather in my husbands work truck we were on our way home when we had a service call come in and he decided to go help out , so I stayed with him . Well long story short turns out Siri told me a complete wrong address for Jimmy Johns Driver who turned out to be a totally cool guy I missed his name : ….. anyways Christopher was real patient and completely understanding while I ran around in this persons house found a bill or letter on a table got the right address and then the driver was quick quick right to the truck I was in , driver was freaky fast and I gave the wrong address and I still ordered and they made my order and the poor guy who was the driver aww thank you , , he was patiently waiting for his next move with this whole delivery lol I was called from the store Christopher was so calm patiently waiting for me to get the correct address lol ,the driver got my food to me and he was a totally cool dude frfr as was Christopher- and I wrote a book for the review on these guys all in 17 mins . Freaky fast is true especially if it’s from South academy s location . 5 stars totally recommend best restaurant fast food spot in all of Colorado Springs s south end by far . Keep up the good work guys!! They deserve a raise lol . They were chill af , never seemed even a bit annoyed by the whole mix up , great experience I appreciate ur dedication to your customers.
