Ihop - Colorado Springs

This is one of the few places where the service really falls short. It's Friday night, and they only have two servers and two cooks working, which leads to a lot of dirty tables and long wait times, even though there aren't many customers. Families are leaving as soon as they arrive because of the poor service.

I would give this place a negative five stars if that were possible. I've always loved IHOP, but this particular location has really let down my all-time favorite breakfast spot. I wish I could remember the name of the server who took care of my table; he was rude and even swore in Spanish, despite half of the customers being Latino, myself included. The food was good, but the customer service was terrible.

My family and I waited outside for almost 10 minutes then when we were seated, no one came to serve us for 15 minutes and that was because my husband went to get someone. If I could give zero stars

A very enjoyable visit which can be attributed to a friendly and attentive server, fresh hot food from the kitchen, a clean environment, and no wait.One of the very few restaurants who have kept their doors open to serve food around the clock. Thank you for being open 24-Hours.A friend and I met here for a late night meal and we got seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive friendly, and professional. The dining room appeared clean and the food was good.

I only ate here with my partner and his little brother. my waitress seemed as if he had hated his job and when he left his layer and we got a new waitress, she was good, but as for the cooks. They don't know how to read their orders and prepare the right meal properly and do not know how to make a medium rare steak. will not eat here again in my life my eating was not properly cooked. twice. they roasted the steak and blew it twice. pictures of both steaks. not happy. my partner doesn't know that his steaks are grounded. if I will pay so much for my food, then it should be done right at least.
