Hops N Drops - Colorado Springs

I’ve never actually dined in this restaurant, but we’ve ordered food from there multiple times. I really love their burgers the most. The fried pickles are also worth trying, and the chocolate cake is fantastic, especially if you prefer desserts that aren’t overly sweet like typical American treats. Their sauces are delicious as well. One day, I’ll definitely visit in person, but for now, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed their delivery and takeout. It’s definitely worth a try!

The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, which I appreciated. The service was outstanding. The beer was enjoyable, but the selection was somewhat limited; given that "Hops" is in the name, I expected a broader variety. The Rib Tips were fantastic, and I highly recommend them. However, I found the Nachos to be disappointing and wouldn't recommend them. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I had my first dining experience here and it was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive drink menu. The cocktails, especially the icy drops, were amazing. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the homemade chips and was a big fan of the jalapeño cream cheese burger, which wasn't soggy or greasy at all. Logan was our server, and he was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and provided great recommendations. We will definitely return!

Our first visit, though we 've driven by many times. I 'd call this place a hidden gem, but it 's right off of Powers!First off, all of the staff was very friendly and appeared to be a really cohesive team from FOH of BOH. The host was awesome and seated us quickly. Huge (and I mean huge) kudos to our server, Logan. Very attentive, quick, and such sincere customer service. We felt like family or friends rather than customers. On top of that, he managed several tables with ease during a dinner rush.Food was fantastic. I had the jalapeño cream cheese burger and this is a must-try! Absolutely delicious. Wife had a deluxe and it was done very well, she said it "hit the spot. "The star of the show was the happy hour drinks. The Italian Limoncello and the Key Lime blew our minds with how good they were, and the beer was great too. Pineapple Upside Down was good, but it was hard to beat the other icy drops.All said, we can 't wait to come back to try more things and more icy drops.

This was our first visit to Hops and Drops, and we were pleased with our visit. The staff was very friendly and provided good service and a good experience. The food was very good. The fries and chips with our meal were crisp and tasty. The sandwiches were well prepared and delicious. H&D offers a multi grain bread and a good bean patty alternative to their delicious hamburgers, which pleased my vegan wife. We didn't enjoy a desert or drink, but I would imagine they are good as well.This may have been our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last.
