Greek Gyros - Colorado Springs

We write reviews about the food. The food can always bring up the number of stars, no matter what. Greek Gyros has fantastic, wonderful Greek Gyros. We came at 1:00 on a Sunday. Not too crowded, but three others. We quickly ordered from a very friendly employee. Then we sat and waited. We waited and waited. We waited half an hour before he kindly let us know that our three gros were ready. Normally, the long waiting time would knock two stars out of the review immediately, and I had fully intended to do that. But the circles, oh man. There is a reason why they have such a high rating here. It's about eating.

I've never tried a gyro before. I never thought I would like her, but my friend insisted that I try one with him. So I did the owner. was very nice and had a great attitude. He let me try a piece before I even bought one. The sauce was very good. I was surprised because the only reason I had never tried one before was because I was afraid I didn't like the sauce. But anyway, her gyros were very good and I'm sure I'll go back. Thank you. Great job!

Great food at a great price!!! The restaurant was a small “hole in the wall”, but the staff was friendly, and the place was impeccable! My Hubby and I both had the Gyro meals, they were great. The owner served them in a paper filling wrapper and it saved the creepy hands that usually a problem with eating a gyro!!!! The frits with its were good size steak pommes, and my salad was a great page option. They even had chicken-nugget children's meal for our pickling children!

Food was great, would go absolutely back and recommend this place. The koobideh kabob was full of taste and rice. Meals are very expensive and really fill. Only you know if you order the Kabob meal, it could take a little longer to cook the gyro. You need to save some space for the baklava or the honey nut roll, they are so good! The staff were really nice and friendly.

These guys are the absolute best! We will be moving soon and have committed to traveling across town to get to these gyros. The service is so friendly and welcoming. Don't waste your time trying any other place. We've had the gyro value meal, chicken value meal, falafel value meal, and out kiddo has had the kids meal. We love all of it!
