Everest Nepal Colorado Springs

This restaurant specializes in Nepalese, Indian, and Thai cuisine. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about how they could effectively serve three different types of dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to order something from each cuisine, and I was thrilled with the quality of the food. I tried the Nepalese curry, lamb masala, and Chow-Chow noodles, and each dish boasted unique and bold flavors. The service was also excellent. Additionally, I ordered garlic cheese naan, which complemented the dishes perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys these cuisines or who is looking for a distinctive dining experience.

We were in Downtown Colorado Springs and stayed here for dinner and we really loved the restaurant. It is a family business and its hospitality is amazing. The interior is decorated with beautiful art pieces from Nepal and other Asian countries. But what we loved most is the delicious food. Especially the Thukpa is the best I've ever tried.

We tried every Indian place in town. Best byriani is in Burg Rock. But my wife's favorite Vendaloo is here. Full taste and heat. To complete it, they have Thai and Tibetan food. I had the Chow Chow Special and it was probably the best noodle dish I ever had. I was skeptical of this place, especially when I saw pictures on the menu and the owner began to vacuum while we were at the table. You need to work on service, but the food is incredible.

This restaurant is fantastic for anyone craving Eastern cuisine, whether it's Indian, Nepalese, Thai, or more. The thukpa noodles are incredible, and you can even add a variety of meats, including yak. They also have a lovely selection of Eastern beers to choose from.

This place is wonderful and they have plenty of vegan options. They have patio seating and lovely decorations.
