D.p. Dough - Colorado Springs

The food here is incredible! I used to frequent the one in Greeley during my college days, so I was thrilled to find that there’s a location in Colorado Springs when I visited. Everything tasted perfect! Food: 5/5

I was not impressed at all. The food was subpar; my calzone was a bit doughy and lacked seasoning. To top it off, they overcharged me, and when I brought it up, they didn't make any adjustments. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

My order was an hour and a half late. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that they had only one driver, who mistakenly delivered my order to the wrong location. They then told me it would take another 40 minutes to get my order to me, as they had other deliveries to make. Late orders should be prioritized, especially when they are delivered to the wrong address. If you are handling multiple orders at once, it's essential to have enough drivers on staff. If this were my first issue with them, I wouldn't have felt the need to write this review, but unfortunately, this is now the third time I’ve experienced problems.

I have always had a great experience with Dp Doughs, up until the last couple times I have ordered. My calzone has been raw. Tonight I even asked for it to be well done to try and avoid that, but again it was pretty raw. I really only ate half of it. Very disappointing. On another note though the cookies are amazing!
