I was trying to tell him about my allergies and he immediately pointed to an electronic device on the table and said- just input your allergies and it will tell you what you can eat. But that's not how it works- it's general with just gluten, seafood, dairy, and then vegan. Ethan came back and I once again tried to ask about certain food items and didn't get anywhere as he kept pointing to the electronic device- so I ordered a burger patty cooked medium with nothing but onions and mushrooms on it- no bun no condiments. I made it clear no pepper or anything else. After 2 bites I was in the bathroom sick. Not only was the burger cooked well done, but there has to be something added to the meat that is grain based because I got so sick. I do believe that Red Robin needs to put the ingredients of their burgers on either the allergy page or menu because that is what Red Robin is known for- their burgers.
This was our first time at Red Robin. It's burgers, pizza, and fried foods such as chicken tenders and fish. The atmosphere is casual and garage style with tv's mounted above and a few fun artwork bits around to look at. They did have cocktails and craft beers, so if you are looking for a margarita or a Guiness or Blue Moon, they've got you covered. Dr. Pepper and Coke products too. My husband ordered a silver patron margarita, and he thought it was very good. I am a Dr. Pepper lover, so we were both happy with our drink choices. We both ordered burgers since it's a burger place. They had a large selection of chef curated burger selections to choose from. I chose a burger with barbecue sauce, fried onion strings, lettuce, and other toppings and it came with my choice of side. I chose the french fries, which were thickly steak cut fries and very good. They were from frozen not freshly cut, and they were served hot and cooked perfectly with the right amount of crisp outside to tender inside. It came with their campfire sauce which tasted like a smoky barbecue sauce mixed with mayo. It was very good too. The burger was juicy, and it was actually two thinner patties stacked up and with all the toppings, the entire thing was so tall, I had to compress it down to even try to fit it into my mouth to take a bite. The meat flavor on its own was fine. Nothing special, just a beef patty. It was cooked exactly how I's requested no pink. My husband also chose a burger, and he chose onion rings as his side. There were about 6 thickly cut onion rings on his plate. He enjoyed his meal very much as well. Overall, everything was solid, and it was a good meal. We added this to our list of places that were okay, and we will dine at again, but it didn't make our favorites. Our meals came out to around $20 a person before tax and tip.
I came in to try something different than a burger. Yes, I know, they're a gourmet burger ace. Lol ... I've had nothing but burgers here so thought I try something new. ... so I decided to try the cod fish and fries. ... tbe waiter was most helpful, completely engaged and was very pleasant each step of the visit. ... the dinner came out and I'll have to say, they were quite good. Tbe fish was very tender and the batter was crunchy just enough. Add the bottomless fries and you're good to go. I'll have it again.
I completed work and had to eat alone. I have not been to a Red Robin since leaving Connecticut. A midweek adventure was worth the trip. A quiet Wednesday night is what I was looking for l ordered bacon cheese burger, the endless fries and the Qreo shake. They are not afraid cook a medium cheeseburger. The only complaint is unripe tomatoes. Many restaurants cut and serve unripe tomatoes. I will be back with my wife.
The restaurant has the worst service. The waitress and her team forgot our drinks and we ate our meal with anything to drink. I brought it to nemours of their employees but still no drink. I had to go to the bar and get my water myself. When a server came by and tried to give us a drink he brought something completely different. I told him that is not what we wanted he got a attitude with me and walked away. He came by again to give drinks to a different table and looked at me in disgust and smacked his mouth at me. I got the manager and told her what happened. She seemed liked she didn't even care about what I was saying. I told her what happened in a very calm and proper way. But still seemed like she didn't care. We did not want anything free but only for them to know what happened. While we were leaving the same server gave me a death stare and shocked his head at me. So this location is the worst place to go and I do not recommend it at all.
