Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Good eating, the staff are a group of friendly people, but they were from the regular brisket chili due to certain shipment problems with ingredients, so they used their jalapeño to make it, but they did not inform me about it. I and my man can eat spicy foods because of skin problems. when I said something about it to one of the employees that I did not realize that the brisket chili would be so sharp that when I was told about the whole chili situation. I think they should have been in the forefront. next to this 1 output was eating well, business was clean, we received fast service and ordering from the app was a fairly smooth process.

It's OK for a quick stop for BBQ. I would say their food needs quite a bit more seasoning because the mac n' cheese and green beans were so bland. I think my husband said the same about his ribs. I really liked their creamed spinach and fried okra. I would say the brisket was very dry for my liking. I had to drown everything in BBQ sauce for it to be palatable.

I used to work here for four years and we were The top five star barbecue shop in Colorado since I have been gone food is overweight buns are not checked if hard or soft and service is completely off and on if you get good service or not I have people telling me they are unmotivated of working here due to the conditions. I've been to Dickeys quite a few times in California and it was great. Here was slow service.. 10 minutes we were the only ones in line and one other family seated. Small portions. Expensive. Ice cream was literally ice with no flavor.

Was super disappointed with my ribs and “brisket”. Ribs and brisket were cold when I was handed my food. The brisket I was given looked like it was scrap brisket that was thrown in a box super super dry, cold, and crunchy. Ribs were good just disappointed that I watched them cut it up and it was cold when given to me.
