We celebrated our anniversary with Cowboy Star. We were greeted with a red rose and map signed by their employees. We had a phenomenal meal. The Wagyu Steak, halibut, shrimps were perfectly prepared. Everything from cocktails to dessert was amazing. Our server Rachel with Josh and Chris didn't miss a beat. Manager Kevin, who came to our table, was such a wonderful note to a perfect evening. We're coming back... Thank you.

If you're looking for an NICE Steak dinner, don't look. This restaurant threw me out of the water. Exceptional service excellent food from start to finish. Rebecca was so nice and helpful. Will definitely come back!

I only had our first meal here and I can't express how much this will be our constant date night place. The food was INCREDIBLE and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is so beautiful and comforting and every bit of the meal is incredible. Compliments to the cook and the staff.

My husband's best restaurant and I've been to Colorado Springs. Will definitely come back for a number of things. At the beginning the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There was a fireplace, comfortable couch seating area, low lights and heaters outside when there is a cool night. Next, the food was amazing. So many great options to choose from. For us we really enjoyed the oysters and mussels as starters. Everything was super fresh! The slurry cake for Dessert was also a BIG hit. Finally, Josh was one of the best servers we've ever had. He was super friendly and friendly. He made the experience extremely unforgettable for us. He was very informative and gave us great recommendations on drinks and food. It is a great place to go if you want to celebrate an occasion! They made us feel very special for our honeymoon!

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. They had a card, signed by the employees, and a rose on the table when we got there. The service at Cowboy Star is totally over the top. Our server even crumbed the table at one point. The food was delicious as well. Definitely will be going back. Overall a great time!
