An employee was eating food right off the line in front of all the customers. Extremely unhygienic! Apathetic employees and not great quality of food. This was my last attempt trying Chipotle after a bad experience and will not be returning. Too bad because I used to really like their food.
They didn't open on time. My food was cold and bland. I will not return to the Chipotle on Union and Academy. Every time I've gone I've had a bad experience. It didn't look like any if the tables had been cleaned and I sat down right after they opened.
Always love Chipotle. This visit was very well treated and my Burrito was excellent! Of course I'm back.
People there are friendly, polite and have a great sense of humor.
