Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've never been in a restaurant and saw a series of people waiting to order their food because the restaurant essentially comes to a stand still, because all the staff in the facility are cleaning and no employee serves customers. this happens during the hours of operation. I do not understand how the cleanliness of the operation and its operation cannot be maintained at the same time.
Not too bad! I had a chicken and beef burrito bowl and it was about how a Mexican food chain should taste I guess. With so many more authentic places here in the springs, I will not be coming back but the food was not bad or anything. A bit overpriced for sure. There are just much better options out there in my opinion.
I ordered through the mobile app and didn't receive any updates on my order. Doordash gave me a notification saying no drivers were available so I called and asked if I could pick it up Nathan said it wasn't a problem and even remade my order for me since it had sat for an hour. When I arrived my food was already picked up by a dasher but I still didn't receive any information on the order. Nathan and his staff were gracious enough to remake my order yet again for me without hesitation. I really appreciate how hassle free they made it and I'm glad I went because the dasher never dropped off the food.
I love Chipotle, especially their rice. ? I normally go to the one in UV because I’m closest to it, but I was close by this one. I don’t normally say anything because I don’t want to look like a 20 year old Karen. I’m just worried about food safety, the rice wasn’t cooked, the food was cold, I know the sour cream and cheese makes it cooler, but my chicken was cold, and there was this mystery orange colored fluid in the bottom of my bag and it was all over the place. It’s still good, but it made me food depressed. ?
Always consistent, fresh ingredients, friendly service and excellent value. Definitely will eat here again!
