I was always patient and understanding when they were busy. but! if the administration ignores them for 15 minutes at the drive thru window while waiting for only a drink that they dropped! then fill the cake today and I will never come back here again! I made an online order, but I guess they couldn't even handle it! the lobby was closed while no employees were. the people we make through doors and the lobby for this evil show was closed. so there push a car to a time and I made my order online and I waited 40 minutes for a prepaid online pickup order! there is no excuse for that. there is no excuse for how long everyone had to wait. it is disgusting to observe how people shout out, swear to be rude while they cook her. I'm disgusting. I will never return to Ur-Shop again and I will go out of the way to tell people not to go to this place. I will call corporate
I love the manager here absolutely, especially jeremy and I didn't get the names of the other manager, but I appreciate him too. these young were willing to go beyond and beyond to help us catch the GrubHub type nathan in the black little car that squeaks my older mothers stolen moneybags right from our veranda. Many thanks for the real care and try to do everything to help us. they are really amazing people and deserve the best in life
I usually order quite a lot of food from here as I am a big fan of the burger King menu. The workers here are very attractive and I've never had to shout at them or ask to speak to the manager. Although, the delivery service isn't the best as the delivery boys drive way too slow and my whoppers often arrive late and cold. As a college student myself, I understand how difficult it can be to work in a fast food environment. I work part time at a pizza hut so I understand what it's like to work at a place like this
Ive never had this happen at a business before.. ever. But they literally stole money from me. I went here and ordered a 3 dollar snack and found out I was charged over $20 bucks when I got home. I returned the following day to get a refund thinking nothing of it and I was told that it couldn't be done because the manager on duty didnt have access to the register. And literally said they could not do it and to wait for a GM to resolve it within the next 2 days. Ive tried calling to no avail. This just isn't right. A mistake was made and it should be corrected. Its not that much money or worth it to keep fighting for the money they stole from me so at this point all I could do was leave a review. Please consider giving your business to a different location or getting something else. At the very least make sure that they have charged you for the correct order before leaving.
Initially fast. the order was almost exact, but the soda was wrong. the personal was pretty friendly and fast to get what we needed. I really appreciate when a business tastes for the holiday as they were halloween decorations and that was nice. Food: 4/5
