Three of us dined there last night, and I had the lemon oil gelato, which was absolutely the best I've ever had! The other two said it was fantastic as well. None of us had any complaints. The staff were amazing, too. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The place is amazing! They really know how to serve great ice cream. I decided to try something sweet, and I was very pleased with the Chai flavor. Well done!

I am writing this review from the parking lot because I was appalled by what I witnessed when I entered the restaurant. A man wearing a New York Yankees cap was berating the only employee on duty as I placed my order. It was clear that the poor girl was distressed, as she kept glancing at me for support. This is simply unprofessional. If there's an issue with an employee's performance, it should be addressed privately, not in front of customers and certainly not while they are trying to order. Given such behavior, I doubt this establishment will last long. My family has been in business for 14 years, and this is not how you treat your staff.

Recently I visited this charming little place with my granddaughters and was blown away from homemade ice cream and friendly service. From the moment we came in, we felt like home. They were patient and friendly with my granddaughters, who were a little overrated over all the delicious flavors. We have been treated with some of the best ice cream we have ever tasted, you can really say that it is made with care and attention to detail. After we finished our treats, we let ourselves play in a cozy little alcove with a love seat and a few toys for the girls. It was such a nice touch and made the experience even more special. Overall, I would recommend Blue Mountain Creamery to anyone looking for a big ice cream shop in Colorado Springs. The ice cream is top notch and the staff goes beyond and beyond to make you feel welcome. This will certainly be a priority stop for me every time I visit in the future!
