Atomic Cowboy, Denver Biscuit Co Fat Sully's Pizza

Very large slices. We both ate 2 each. Not cheap but very good. Great outdoor seating area. Great service. Recommend eating here.

Walked into Denver Biscuit Company/ Atomic Cowboys/ Fat Sully’s. By evening the restaurant is Fat Sully’s. I ordered a “Big Ass Slice” and the name is fitting. It’s a build your toppings slice and it was very good. Slice was bigger than my hand with a crispy crust and toppings to order. Price was reasonable, service was great. They have a full bar and several beers on tap. I would come back for another “Big Ass Slice” and a cold beer.

The NY style pizza was incredibly good and the cocktails were spot-on on this hot day. We loved the outdoor eatery and highly recommend it!

Pizza was very good. We ordered a big a pizza with pepperoni and white sauce and extra cheese. We ordered garlic knots. They were bad. They were burned up. Our waitress was not that great she would fly by everything okay and kept running by. But awesome pizza.

I decided to try Fat Sally's pizza after many people told me how good it was. Overall, it was a decent experience. The customer service was very good but the New York style pizza was average. It's a very large slice/portion of pizza, you can add your own toppings. I thought the pizza was a little stale and didn't have a lot of flavor, but overall it tasted pretty good.
