My issue was that it stated it was ready by this time when it was actually ready maybe 10-15 minutes earlier so by the time I get there and get it home the pizza is warmish. Awesome value
The best judge of a business is what they do when they get it wrong. We're human, stuff happens. Not just did they fix my order, but they gave me my whole order again for free. Top notch customer service
The pizza here is always awesome but we always order extra peppers because I love their pepper. We've order three times in the past two weeks and the first time I ordered a Pepsi and didn't get it, the second time I order extra peppers and a Dr pepper,they gave us Pepsi and the peppers were all in the boxes with the pizza and the bottom of the box was soaked and the bottom of the pizzas were soggy. This time we ordered I got four sides of peppers and they only gave me five single peppers,when the last time I ordered extra I got a ton.
If only I could give 1 star! I?m highly upset about the service I received. I drove 17 minutes to this location to avoid going to the one closer to my home because of their bad reviews. Once I got there to pick up my order, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. No biggie! I drove another 17 minutes back home. My daughter ate two slices of one of the pizzas that was ordered. I went to eat the other pizza that I ordered just to find out that the pizzas weren?t fully cooked. At this point I?m furious because as I started before, my daughter had already eaten two slices. I called to speak to the manager. She pretended to be someone else. Then she got back on the phone and said they?ll make my order over. I stressed to her that my daughter had already eaten two slices of the raw dough pizza. She then said ?I can cancel out your card.? Basically saying she?ll give me my money back. She then stated again that she?ll remake the pizzas. I drove 17 minutes back over there. The pizzas were done by the time I arrived. We were still standing there waiting on the refund. The manager said, ?is there anything else I can help you with?.? I then said yes, are you the manager?. She then said, ?yes i am!.? I said you were supposed to refund me the money back. She then stated that she didn?t say she was going to refund me my money and remake the order. I said that?s exactly what you said. She then replied back and said ?I said or I can give you the money back.? ?My system won?t let me do both.? Needless to say, she gave me my money back with an attitude as if I was bothering her. At the end of the day. I had to make two trips over there and on top of that, my child ate two slices of raw dough. I should be the one with the attitude. My money will no longer be spent at this establishment. They were in the wrong but treated me as if I was wrong for complaining about the pizza being raw or even wanting my money back after she volunteered to refund me. Sorry for the long post...
