Kfc - Colonial Heights

The service was beautiful, but the customers were quite rude. I'm surprised by the staff's patience in dealing with such difficult people.

The dry food was quite disappointing. I was really let down to find tough, cardboard-like pieces of hair in my meal. I ended up spending $16 on something that's not worth it at all. (Colonial Heights, VA)

The honey hot wings had a vinegary taste. If it weren't for the separate order of hot wings, I would have given this a 1-star rating.

Service sucks, cashier left mid order for 10 minutes and came back. Waited 15 minutes still no food, I?m hungry.
