Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a disappointing experience with the burritos I ordered. I got four burritos through Uber Eats, and they were incredibly small and not tasty at all. I paid $46 for them, which feels like a complete waste of money.
I worked at this location, and during my time here in 2019, it was the cleanest and best-managed Chipotle in all of DFW. However, since the previous manager, Servando, left and a new manager took over, the quality of this place has significantly declined. I no longer wish to return; nothing is done correctly, the establishment is consistently dirty, and the new staff are rude. I truly have too many negative things to say. I genuinely hope that upper management takes note of these comments and works to restore this location to its former excellence.
I have been working at chipotle for years and it is one of my favorite almost food restaurants and enjoy helping them to work with this company gave me a look how much they care about their employees? this was my first terrible experience as a customer. I ordered and everything was in order until I ordered my pages and the manager brad said he would charge me for the pages that is strange because I did not have a big tortilla, guac, or extra meat (the loaded items,) I told him that this was untrue and that I worked at chipotle and knew what I can be charged. he was very combated and said he had worked for 6 years at chipotle and that they were charging for side (there is no sign that they were charging for side and were on this site before and were never accused for cold side)? I asked the casser after his name and she gave me his first name and said she couldn't give me his last name? I paid for my dinner, went to drink my drink and could she hear from me? I felt so humiliated? he is a manager and therefore a leader who has set a very low example. as an official in the poor I have seen and other leading soldiers and understood a good lead when I see them and the way I was treated here shows no good lead through the administration and no good example for his associates.
Eat is good when it is available, they have from the hen 3 times during the rush times and had to wait 20 minutes. what brings me is that they run out and not even let the grill cook more. not a good idea, then the whole sudden start cooking. not sure what happened to chipotle, but as a whole they have been on the hill since covid. they make them stand and wait because they do online orders first, always eat out, and eating area is always dirty.
I was looking forward to adding the new steak to my salad, but they only had enough for one serving. I asked the friendly woman at the counter if there was any fresh meat available in the back, and she told me that what they had was as fresh as it gets. So, I ended up opting for chicken instead, but I won't be returning to this location.
