Subway - Coleman

I usually place takeout orders, and they always have my food ready on time.

Crystal creates a welcoming atmosphere better than anyone I've ever encountered at this restaurant.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, there seems to be a problem with my order. Despite informing them multiple times, they never toast my sandwich. They always note it down on a piece of paper, yet the mistakes keep happening. I even took the initiative to write it down myself and hand it to them. The sandwich should have just 1 meat, 1 cheese, and 3 vegetables, so it's pretty straightforward. Additionally, they often forget to include my drink, and I always have to remind them that I paid for it. My fiancé orders a salad, but they consistently forget to provide a fork, and I have to bring that up every time as well!

I don’t know what the point of having a menu is here if the people behind the counter continue to ask you ‘what do you want on it?’.. I want what it comes with?!?. Not to mention the fact that the sandwiches come with half the meat and toppings of any other subway. Absolute worst subway you can go to.

The food was great and we received very polite and prompt service.
