I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a call-in order and ended up waiting 35 minutes for my food. When it finally arrived, the Coke was watered down, and the burgers were cold. Not great at all!

We always enjoy visiting this Sonic. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive to our dietary needs. The hamburgers are always fresh and visually appealing. On this occasion, we also tried the pickle fries, and they were delicious. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch

As always, Sonic is a classic choice for delicious hot food and quick service. If you're in a hurry, this is the perfect place to stop.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through the app at around 8:14, and it was ready by 8:19. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to receive my food. To make matters worse, the ice cream I ordered arrived melted, which was just unacceptable. After all that waiting, I was even given the wrong order initially. I also decided to order an iced tea from the counter, and the wait for that was equally frustrating. They did offer the drink for free, but honestly, it was still disappointing to see other customers who had just arrived get their orders faster than we did. I expected a much better experience given how busy it was, but it seems like they struggled to keep up. I work in the fast food industry myself and always aim to stay on top of things, so seeing melted ice cream was just the icing on the cake. All in all, I would rate this experience a 0.
