Here on the way to Austin and it was really good! The food was fresh and quickly came out. I just wish we would come back this way because we would stop again!

Large owlvis Burger and French Pommes. Excellent chocolate malt. Service was efficient and excellent. If you have a choice, eat here. Food service stops at 16:30

If you have the time and are simply passing to San Angelo, give this place a try. Fried pickles, onion rings and burgers are better than you get from each of the fast food spots in the city. It is not set up to treat crowds, but sitting beside the chicken to observe all prepared food is great. I also urge you to find a better milkshake in 100 miles. Was in 40 minutes and out so they could be fast. They are not designed to cook large orders, but that would ruin the whole look, the feeling and taste of the place. It'll be back.

I'm a little biased. My mother, sister, wife and daughter worked there. I met my wife there... she was the sweetest waitress they ever had! This is a really great place... great help, service and ingenious food! Your coffee is also excellent. You need to see her old fashion soda drunks and try! I don't care to visit Owl!

A must stop if you are heading through the area. Wonderful nostalgia drug store w/grill. Staff very fun n friendly. Great lunch. BLT n French fries w fried pickles. Yum
