McDonald's is McDonald's and I understand that when it's busy that FAST FOOD isn't as fast as it normally is during down times. However I waited 33 minutes in drive-thru when my 2 Junior Chicken Meals finally arrived. My burgers were cold and hard. My fries were cold soggy and had Zero salt on them. When I called to issue my complaint they issued me 1 Free meal that I could collect the following day. Name and numbers were exchanged so that there would not be any miscommunications. However when I went in to collect my free meal, management argued with me on the subject. I had mentioned another manager at the time (gave name) stated this problem would be corrected with a free meal. I was rudely tossed a bag of my food. When I had asked for my drinks another 2 minute argument took place. The service was Extremely Terrible and so was the food. No apologies were issued. I hope McDonald's can get it together. If you're looking for amazing service and amazing food McDonald's in Westlock Ab is the place to go.

The food here is the same as at most McDonald's. I like it but what really makes this place is the staff. They always have a smile and are so nice. They seem to go out of their way to ensure you have a great meal.
