Dunkin' - Cohoes

I ordered to eat in the drive-through menu and when I was raised and a guy with dark hair went to eat my food and his hands were disgusting dirty. under his fingernails were black and his hands were fies. if they will be in the food service business and people eat through the drive-through window, they should make sure their hands are immaculate or wear gloves!

I order this dunkin to work pretty every day on my way, and regardless of how long the line is, they always the waiting time super minimal, the staff is always very sweet and my order is never wrong. Many thanks that they start my day with caffeine and large customer service!

Came in here and ordered a coffee and a white heavy set dame with glasses was very rude, I told her a good day and she acted as if I never existed and never replied. I would not spend any other dimming here, people working with customer service or relationships should have better manierisms.

Maaaaan! What's going on in coxsackie? every time I go my order is wrong or there are dozens of different products. like a tummy. most staff are friendly. there are a few selected jezmen who when they show that the unkindness will crush their eating into the bottom of the bag and give them to do it without quams. it's also a gamble if you want espresso. I would suggest driving only the additional 5 minutes to ravena. if you were there and would go there, you would still wait for your order. Good luck.

Always a pleasure to go to Dunkin Donuts in Cohoes. No matter what time of day, they will serve you as quickly as possible with the best service they can give. Everyone is pleasant, and though a mistake may be made because we are all human, they are quick to fix. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone out there that needs a good cup of coffee.
