Wendy's - Cochrane

Came through again after they messed up my order and got nothing but dirty looks and rude responses from them. Not my fault you can’t do your job.

Food is mediocre, service is horrible. Won't go there again.

I went thru drive through and straight home 4 minute drive. When I opened my burgers and fries, they were cold. I couldn’t eat them. I called the store to tell them and she tried to tell me order was 30 minutes ago of course it’s cold and I explained I opened when I arrived home. Then she told me it was the vegetables. I tried explaining to her and she hung up. Very bad business to test a unsatisfied customer that way.

The food quality is above average for a Wendy's restaurant. Average Wendy's atmosphere. Service is usually very good. Employees are friendly and patient.Parking: Good size parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Main floor, wheelchair accessible door.

This is about the third or fourth time I have had a bad experience at this location, the lady at the drive thru was very impatient with me and did not even look at me when I came to the window and to top it all off there was no frosty in my frosty-cinno. When I have ordered inside the establishment it is unfortunately no better. The kiosks often don’t go through and they insist on being rude when I tell them my problem. Please do not order from this wendy’s location.
