Donair On The Run - Cochrane

Sooo hungry, and it smells really amazing. But I was in agreement for a really long time, only to be treated with indifference. the personal spoke and laughed with each other, as I was hungry and feared of a meal. After literally minutes, I said nothing is worth it and went out. I don't want to say that I'm not back and can't believe they're even in business. shame!

I have never experienced such disappointing service. I waited for a long time to place my order, and when I finally got a chance, the staff spoke to each other and never once recognized that I was her. I felt hungry and hurt. I went away and won’t go back.

Had my regular again: Small chicken shawarma. I always get tabouli with the rest of the toppings which for me are home made pickled turnip, home made pickled cabbage, pickles, onions, and cilantro. I get good dollup of their home made hummus and finish it off with tahini. Don't add any cheese though! This is outstanding combination.

Some call it a Donar (UK), Kebab (US), Donair or Shawarma. No matter what you want to call it Donair on the run serves one tasty offering. We ordered two large Shawarma, one beef and one lamb. And both were equally tasty. I think if I was pushed to pick one, maybe the Beef would edge it slightly. Once you have picked your meat, they have a HUGE list of veggies, and sauces that you can add. A Large was a lot so maybe we will try the regular size next time. We opted for a pickup, phoning in our order ahead and then driving over and picking our order up. so if you fancy something different on a Friday night? then you really cannot go wrong with a Donair, Shawarma or Kebab from Donair on the Run Well done guys !!.

Since they have moved into a larger space they have an extensive menu with lots of choices and options for everyone. Food is fast and fresh and tastes great.
