Texas Gate Eatery & Saloon - Cochrane

(This review is based off of my order from the drive-thru.) Lame.

Why do cooks press on the burgers while they're cooking? They're releasing all the juice and flavor.

This was definitely the worst visit to a Carl's Jr ever.

We were walking by and saw the sign for wing night (Tuesday). $5 for a pound of wings. We tried the salt and pepper wings. They were the best wings we have ever had.

We got our menus and water as soon as we sat down, and our orders were taken in a timely manner. We then sat for 45 minutes, when the waitress finally appeared to say something about our ticket being lost in the kitchen because it was "a madhouse" in there. There were two other tables besides ours on the patio, and we didn't see anyone on the inside part of the restaurant. Our soup was brought a little while after the apology - it was barely warm. We did get a comoplimentary serving of fries to make up for the long wait and the cold soup. The fries were good. Our entrees finally arrived - both were dry and tasteless, although the portions were good. We will never go here again, and cold not recommend it to anyone
