I have had on and off experiences at this bps. I always come for the appy hour though as it’s good prices for the things I enjoy there. However, during this experience I waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to even notice me, I wasn’t offered the appy hour at all and the server made me think the appy hour wasn’t available even after I asked the specials and so I ordered off the regular menu with regular prices. — but after over hearing her with another customer with another server after I paid, the appy hour was available—-She didn’t give me a fork to eat my food, so I had to use my fingers so it wouldn’t get cold and she didn’t come back to check on me or even into the lounge until my beer was empty for a while and my food almost gone. I always love seeing the manager Nicole, she is great. and in this instance I didn’t say anything to her but I definitely should have. I’m going to believe the girl serving me was new and give her the benefit of the doubt as for the most part my experience there is good. Sad that today is was so bad I felt like I needed to say something about it.

Visited for a beverage snacks, ordered coffee with Bailey, received bill, $3.50 plus $6.00 for Baileys coffee-outrageous $9.50 for coffee baileys
