It makes already unhealthy meals at Patsy 's Place even more unhealthy, and frankly, gross.I ordered a sandwich off of Skip the Dishes and in the order 's comment section asked for there to be no seasoning salt placed on the order. The store manager, Kim, called me and became short fused with me immediately. She claimed their seasoning doesn 't contain high amounts of sodium or MSG. This is factually incorrect, and isn 't up for debate; this deals with my health.I reiterated to Kim that my request was simple: please do not sprinkle seasoning salt onto my order or 'chippers ' after they were cooked. Kim 's responses became oddly emotionally charged and told me that she was not able to comprehend the things I was saying. Kim stated she 'd have to shut down a section of their kitchen, and clean out their deep fryers to accommodate my request to not sprinkle seasoning onto the 'chippers ' after they 'd been cooked. This makes no logical sense and is not within reality.Hearing these responses, I believed there were likely some personal issues on board with Kim. I told Kim to cancel the order. Kim then responded that the order would be prepared whenever they weren 't busy , it could be hours , and hung up the phone on me.I contacted Skip the Dishes and asked them to cancel the order immediately, as the business was not taking an allergy request seriously and wasn 't able to prepare the order within the hour as advertised. They said Patsy 's Place had to cancel the order. I called Patsy 's Place and asked to speak to Kim again, and the employee said she was too busy . I asked the Patsy 's Place employee to cancel the order and she said they would. Skip the Dishes then stated Patsy 's Place had not cancelled the order and there 'd be no refund. I then called back Patsy 's Place again and spoke to an employee who stated that she spoke to Kim and that Patsy 's Place couldn 't cancel the order on their end , and it has to be Skip the Dishes that cancels it . This, unequivocally, is a lie.I told the Patsy 's Place employee, that if the order wasn 't cancelled within two minutes, that I 'd be coming down in person to have a face to face discussion with Kim and that I 'd be reporting this transaction directly to Visa as fraudulent. It was only after this that Patsy 's Place cancelled my order. This evidences that their store manager Kim, is in fact able to cancel orders, and attempted to defraud me, a customer, over an allergy accommodation request. This is outrageous.The current manager of this business, Kim, is a liability for this business. The owner of this business needs to rethink who they have managing this restaraunt as this person presents multiple potential risks to their business; dealing with allergens, customer service, financial transactions, food handling, food delivery, contractual obligations, and legal risks.
30 minutes to get a pre-made hot dog and fries. NEVER AGAIN. The company's response, while not offensive, was lame. To suggest that I could have received the hot dog quicker is nice, but that didn't occur. The hot dog was 15 minutes. The fries, I never did receive........I gave up after 30 minutes. There isn't a french fry in the world that I would wait more than a few minutes.
The blonde older lady with the ponytail working here was extremely rude. I will never support this place again. She treated me like garbage and refused to give me my order because I never got a receipt for donuts I ordered. The lady at the front remembered my order and gave it to me. The donuts were bland and dry. The people skills needed to work in the customer service industry are seriously lacking here. Shocking and upsetting.
First time visiting tonight and I had a raw chicken burger, unfortunately I only realized how raw it was when I was half way through. I brought it to the attention of the staff who were very apologetic and offered a new burger which I politely declined. Waiting to get sick and caring for a newborn is certainly not ideal. Positives: The fries were great and the staff seemed friendly and professional. My son enjoyed the ginger cookie!
Great food and excellent friendly service! Their root beer floats are amazing. Always good quality product with plenty of smiles and great attitudes.
