One of the things I love most about this spot is the familiarity. Not sure of the owner's name but every time I come in I order essentially the same thing (iced matcha latte w oat milk and usually a BLT bagel. Both are super delicious btw) which he knows when I come in, sometimes he even catches the oat milk when I forget! Very reasonable prices in general but especially for the quality. Loved this place for years and will continue my support
