Daybreak - Cobourg

My family and I visit Daybreak weekly and find the food portions to be satisfying and well prepared. We have always had the pleasure to be served by Alison who is quick and very friendly. Thanks and keep it up.

This is 1st and last visit to this place. We came in and it took 20 minutes to even have our order taken and then took another 25 minutes to be brought our drinks. It is one thing to be busy, but to basically ignore your customers to the point that other tables were served refills on their beverages before our drinks were brought to us. We are still waiting for our food after 45 minutes. This has been a disgusting experience. To be very honest we will never return to this location.

Horrible. Green potatoes, not real looking eggs. My french toast was a piece of toast on top of a fried egg with cinnamon. Service was really slow, at no blame to servers. Owners cut them down to 2 servers on their busiest day of the week to cut costs. All these things did not go un noticed.Had the waitress been back to talk to us (we waited over 20 minutes for her to come back, with even attempts to waive her back) we would have told them our concerns with the food. Instead after waiting, and not eating anything on our plates, we decided to leave. We paid what we felt we might have eaten from our breakfast, and the coffee we did have.

Enjoyed the amazing delicious breakfast at this family restaurant. the best thing i find here is Turkey bacon that was really delicious , moreover the spinach and vegetable omelette was also yummy. Staff was very attentive..handling there customers in all good way. Highly recommened this place. Coming everyday for best breakfast
